Fresh pineapple cut by hand and cooked down with khand until it thickens. Sharp at the front, sweet at the finish — rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants.

Storage Store away from direct heat or sunlight (at 20°C). Once opened, keep refrigerated at 3–5°C and use a clean, dry spoon; consume within 30 days of opening.
